All Aranmula Mirrors products are handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch.
Order processing time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on product availability and customization.

Customized or made-to-order mirrors may require additional production time, which will be communicated to the customer.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

• Across India
• International shipping available on request (subject to customs regulations)


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, or regional restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Product weight and size
• Packaging requirements

Any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments must be paid by the customer.


5. Packaging

All Aranmula mirrors are packed using protective wooden or reinforced packaging to ensure safety during transit.
Despite our best efforts, we recommend customers inspect the package immediately upon delivery.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A broken mirror
• Missing items

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence at:

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp (if provided).
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided tracking link.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping charges may apply.


9. International Shipping Disclaimer

For international orders:

• Customs clearance may cause delays
• Local import regulations apply
• Any additional charges must be borne by the customer
